Product Delivery Time
After your order, remote consultation, and prescription are confirmed, and dispensing is completed by our affiliated Korean medicine clinic, products will generally be shipped via EMS within 7 to 14 business days. Delivery times may vary by region.
Returns and Cancellations
Due to the nature of Korean herbal medicine as a medical product dispensed after individual prescription for each patient, returns or refunds cannot be accepted once shipped. For cancellations after payment completion but before dispensing begins, please contact our inquiry desk. In the event of product defects or shipping accidents, please contact us by email within 7 days of product arrival, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

About Medical Coordinator Services
The Company operates as a medical coordinator within Japan, facilitating remote consultations and Korean herbal medicine prescriptions from Korean medicine clinics in Korea to patients worldwide. Diagnosis, prescription, and dispensing are responsibly carried out by our affiliated Korean medical institutions (Korean medicine clinics) in Korea. The Company is not the primary entity performing medical acts.
International payments are received by the Company (Jaimdang Inc.) via Stripe Japan, and after deducting prescribed fees, are settled with the affiliated Korean medical institution responsible for the prescription.
