Terms of Service

This is a reference translation. In case of any discrepancy in interpretation, the Japanese version shall prevail.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service define the conditions for using the website (jinindo.jp) operated by Jaimdang Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), as well as the terms for services related to the sale of Korean herbal wellness products and medical coordination (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"), and the rights and obligations between the Company and its customers.
Article 2 (Nature of Service)
• The Company operates as a medical coordinator within Japan, while diagnosis, prescription, and dispensing are responsibly carried out by Jaimdang Korean Medicine Clinic, located in Seoul, Korea. The Company is not the primary entity performing medical acts within Japan. • Korean herbal medicine is a medical product delivered after individual prescription and dispensing tailored to each customer. After completing the consultation form, a Korean medicine doctor will determine the feasibility of prescription and dispensing. • Health-promoting teas and foods are sold as general products. These food products are not medicines and are not intended for the prevention or treatment of diseases.
Article 3 (Accuracy of Consultation Information)
Customers are requested to accurately complete the consultation form for safe consultation and prescription. The Company shall not be held responsible for any health damages resulting from false information provided.
Article 4 (Consultation and Prescription)
• A Korean medicine doctor may decline a prescription if, after reviewing the consultation details, it is deemed inappropriate. • The effects and reactions from taking Korean herbal medicine may vary depending on an individual's constitution.
Article 5 (Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds)
• Due to the nature of Korean herbal medicine as a medical product dispensed after individual prescription, returns or refunds cannot be accepted once shipped. For cancellations after payment completion but before dispensing begins, please contact our inquiry desk. • For food products, returns or refunds due to customer's convenience after opening are not accepted. If the product is unopened and unused, please contact us by email within 7 days of product arrival. • In the event of product defects or shipping accidents, please contact us within 7 days of product arrival, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Article 6 (Prohibited Actions)
• Use of another person's name, providing false information in the consultation form • Unauthorized reproduction, crawling, or resale of the Service • Use that violates laws or public order and morals
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
The Company shall not be held responsible for damages caused by reasons not attributable to the Company, such as natural disasters, or failures of payment processing companies or telecommunication carriers.
Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms of Service shall be governed by Japanese law. Any disputes related to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
Article 9 (Membership and Points)
• Members can check their order history, delivery status, points, and benefits on their My Page. • Points, equivalent to 3-5% of the payment amount depending on membership rank, are awarded upon shipment and are valid for 12 months from the date of award. • Review benefits are valued at 300 JPY for a regular review and a total of 500 JPY for a photo review, awarded once per order. • The Company may cancel points if fraudulent acquisition, duplicate postings, order cancellations, or refunds are confirmed.
Article 10 (Referral Program)
The amount, conditions for eligibility, and validity period of referral benefits will be displayed on the referral screen. Self-referrals, false information, duplicate accounts, or other fraudulent uses are not eligible for benefits.
